GreenLab Innovation Foundation
Creating the ideal framework for green innnovation
The GreenLab Innovation Foundation (GIF) was founded in August 2023 with the purpose of facilitating, accelerating, supporting, and otherwise contributing to innovation in the fields of green energy and circular economy, both locally and globally.
In collaboration with GreenLab A/S, a mission-driven research effort has already been established, involving partnerships with the four technical universities in Denmark.
The aim is to utilise the knowledge and technologies available in GreenLab's green industrial park just outside Skive. Here, companies and researchers are working to address real-life challenges and discover new solutions for the green transition of energy and industry.
One of the Foundation's goals is to oversee the realisation of the GreenLab Innovation Center, a future hub for innovation, research, and education within GreenLab. This upcoming innovation center will have a particular focus on accelerating the green transition of hard-to-abate sectors and energy storage technologies.
